I hate to jump in here, in a XYWrite group, to add fuel to the fire about NB,
but I am presently in the process of being burned the second time. On Sept. 7,
I Visa'd for version 4.2. They "cashed" it Sept. 10.
Still nothing from them. This happened once before, and I cancelled after 3
months. I am waiting only one more week this time--especially after hearing of
people ordering 2 weeks ago, who HAVE received the goods. To me, it is most
unethical to charge a Visa (credit card) account UNTIL the produc is shipped.
Other companies all wait.
