Let me second my previous, enthusiastic recommendation of AutoHotkey. In my
script for it, I have this line:


SetCapsLockState, AlwaysOff
That's all it takes. XyWriters should love AutoHotkey. It makes any program
keyboard-customizable, just as Xy is. And it's free.
