Your proposal about an Online Reference is interesting.
May I ask, in general, what the goal of this online Helpp is?
Does it aim to be as comprehensive and thorough as a manual, or merely to hit the
high spots (the discernment of which is obviously a matter of judgment) in a
concise and abbreviated way? Or do you want to avoid overlap with the manual
and cover different issues? Is the main source of text previously published
material, or fresh material? How far along in the development of this file are
you (mostly done, half done, barely begun)? How will we be able to contribute
meaningfully to it if we don't possess the Xy5 executable? Or are you talking
about XyWin v4.12? If the latter, what is your reasoning? why write an online
reference for a file that TTG isn't developing any further? Very difficult to
assess your proposal, or to discuss meaningfully without more info.
