I recommend www.hotmail.com despite their recent server problems.
You can pick it up via the net or Microsoft Outlook Express. It has block
sender and bulk mail facilities (someone seems to think I'd like a Diploma
or free dentistry in the US)
www.lineone.net (a UK ISP) also allows you to read you e-mails over the net
for free.
