XY II+ availability?

I notice there as been an occasional mention of II+. I started
down the computer road with II+ back in '83 or '84. Occasionally
I would like to have the speed and *tiny* size of II+ as a quick editor.
Unfortunately, at the time I had a Hyperion (remember?), and it
required a special version of XyWrite which will not run on a standard
PC. Does anyone know how I can get a standard version of II+?
(I really do *own* II+ --- it cost me something like $295 and was worth
