It's a good point. I'm done anyway, but the unfortunate and
counter-productive hyperbole is a result of our frustration with
complacency, when we see these abuses first-hand. My point remains: when the
FDA makes armed no-knock raids on clinics that have no complaints from
patients, only from mainstream competitors, confiscating records, computers,
supplies, everything, without an indictment and before a trial, they are
acting in a terrorist fashion. Somehow, it has to stop. Ethically, even
though I've pissed off a lot of people on this list, I can't stay quiet. I
do beg forgiveness, and I do promise not to do it again, no matter what.
But, at least you can't say I didn't warn you once.
