vDosPlus XyWrite retired pending investigation

Hello all,

The vDosPlus XyWrite installer has been retired from distribution
pending further investigation of Jos Schaars' claims of illegal
modification of his source code. I have contacted Jos to try to make him
understand our need for his continued support and I hope Wengier will
continue to make new versions of vDosPlus in the future. We are working
in order to get this skirmish resolved as soon as possible.
