Re: Splasssh SScreen Missspelling

Hi Jon,

Having you tried to avoid the "nag" screen completely by replacing the 2016.10.01 branch of vDosPlus.exe by the 2015.11.01 branch of vDosPlus.exe? The "nag" screen that occurs in a networked environment in the 2016.10.01 branch simply does not exist in the latest builds of the 2015.11.01 branch. Hope this helps.

Sorry to confuse. It's the current nag  screen, which for some reason comes up more slowly in the new version. At one point while repeatedly opening and closing XY4, trying to find where to click to dissolve it (on "bussiness" as it turned out),  I had typed "quit" before it popped up.

I've seen it, too -- though on the initial nag screen (thankfully, I
don't get a nag screen when quitting). I once asked Wengier if the nag
could be modified or eliminated, and (IIRC) the answer was no. But I'm
sure Wengier will weigh in here.

Happy NewX Year to all! (Pronounced "news" or "nukes", depending on how
bad things get.)
