I just installed the latest release of Oracle VirtualBox for Windows
(v4.3.16 r95972, dated 9/9/14), and am happy to report that the
problem of Win-32 not starting due to antivirus software issues has
been solved. XyWrite under 32-bit Win 7 purrs along nicely.
