The Win XP search function is grossly inferior to the one MS provided in Win98, which could quickly locate any file on my hard drive. Google Desktop and other internet-based search engines raise privacy concerns. I'm considering trying Copernic, a well-reviewed standalone search engine. Has anyone on the list used it?
