U2 frames SAVEBAK, SAVE2, and USAVE all do this: take your pick.

To get SaveBak to do this, you'd probably put an assignment like this on a key,
to make the backup and also SAve the file in its current state:

 nn=NOJM2,.,s,a,b, ,d,:,\,p,a,t,h,Q2BXs,a,/,n,v,Q2

where d:\path is the directory where you want to put backups.
