XY4 DOS 4.016 Summary & Recommendation

The bottom line as to the October 1994 release of XY4 DOS,
version 4.016, seems to be as follows:

1. A number of bugs have been fixed (see list posted here recently);

2. Minor menu modifications, and a small enhancement to the DC
(Define Counter) command---in short, not much;

3. Formatted Mode (now known as Page-Line Mode), which has
always had a few glitches, is seriously broken in this release.

If you always work in Draft Mode, 4.016 seems like a good idea.
However, if you need Formatted/Page-Line Mode, stay with 4.015
for now.
