Adding to Carl's e-mail to Mr. Krok:
In Microsoft Outlook 9.0, the way to disable HTML is by Tools, Options, Mail
Format. Mine is set for Microsoft Rich Text Format, but Plain Text and HTML,
of course, are also options.
