Bulgaria! I am tempted to add that late, late versions of Xy3 printer
drivers for Epson and IBM models can be picked up in the "back room" at a
certain haberdashery in Chadyr-Lunga, Moldova.

The sleuthing and knowledge on this list is astonishing.
