In Robert's absence, I'll attempt some very basic troubleshooting.
Anything more will have to await his return in a couple of weeks.

1) Have you verified that both CCA program files, TOCLIP.EXE and
FCLIP2.EXE, are located in BootDrive:\OS2\MDOS?

2) If you're using the Registered version of CCA, have you adjusted
User Variable 02 in frame CLIP to "R" (Registered)? The default
value is "S" (Shareware).
