Widow/Orphans

The OR(phan) and WI(dow) commands do not seem to work properly in my copy of
XY4.

When set to either 2 or 3, either in the default file or on the command line,
it always leaves 1 line orphans at the bottom of the page, or 1 line widow at
the top of the next page.

I am using a footnote with page number and I also use the BL set to 1. If I
remove the footnote instruction from the beginning of the file, the 1 line
widows/orphans seem to disappear.

I see no reason why the footnote should interfere. I hope this problem will be
fixed soon.

The only work around I see is to use each time the NB instruction Any other
ideas ?
