XYWin cross-ref bug!

I'm using XyWin 4.11. When I cross reference footnotes the numbers referred to
do not print. They *do* print when I use XyDos 4.15.
I can make the numbers print by deleting the related footnote formatting
command. (e.g. deleting ≪FM1...≫ if I'm using FN1 notes)
But that, of course, eliminates my footnote formatting.
Any suggestions? Myron
