Win95 does allow you to choose when to start printing, after the first page is
in, or after the whole job is spooled.  "Spool Settings" has this and other
options, "Port Settings" allows you to turn off DOS spooling completely. And it
will wait for you to turn on the printer, if you choose to work like that. BTW,
print spooling is hardly a reason to change your OS, though...
