Robert,
Your last PDF printout shows examples for Humanist521 and Utopia, fonts
not present in your PostGhost PRN. The Humanist521 case is clear (like
the Classical Garamond present in your first PDF printout): they aren't
part of the default GhostScript installation. But the Utopia is
installed by GhostScript/GhostView... Any comment?
