Bill: Why not just use the Word for Word conversion filters?
Because the conversions always seem too complex and to create too many
unwanted parameters, such as margins, leading, font, color etc. etc.; but
in truth I haven't tried the WfW filters in a long time; maybe they're
better than I remember? Somewhere I have a CD with the "Adobe File
Utilities" --- I guess that's the last incarnation? Is there any other way
of getting them on the web still?
