No, I don't have Adobe Garamond installed.  And what prints (through the postscript driver) appears to be Palatino, not Garamond.  So I don't think it's working at all.  In the old days I never used postscript, so this is all new.


Not crucial, since I have Garamond available through the HP PCL driver and it looks like the real thing.  And at best Garamond is more frivolity than necessity -- 99% of my printing is Courier, manuscript stuff, and I do that through Winprint.

This sounds like wrong width values (or maybe a font substitution issue,
do you have Adobe Garamond installed?). I have TrueType Monotype
Garamond on my system (I think this is from MS installation).
Ghostscript has URW++ Garamond No. 8. You must have rigth width values
and fonts installed to get correct printer output.
