Well, excuuuuuussssseee me. We could trade some nifty accusations here
about who was precise about what and who therefore is actually
responsible for wasting, what, two or three minutes of somebody's time.
What the hell else were we talking about if *not* the operation of the
speller??? I think I was pretty precise in my description of what I was
having problems with. Somehow, though, because the actual word
"operation" wasn't included in my post about the operation of the
speller, my question was invalid and tiresome, imprecise and an
imposition?

And just for the record, there were not "10 lengthy" replies to my
question. There were four or five concise, very helpful ones from people
who, amazingly, didn't feel it was somehow beneath them or a terrible
imposition to type a half dozen lines to help straighten me out.

I'm really astonished by the unprovoked nastiness of your comments-- and
to a third party, no less. Good grief.
