Microlytics fully functional in XP? PCLex for download?

This list has helped me through umpteen so-called
upgrades, and I hope it can again.

Has anyone found a way to make TAB, PgDN, etc., work
with the Microlytics thesaurus in Win XP? Searching
the list brought up a mention of the problem but no
solution.

Also, does anyone have a download source for PCLex
(American English)? Its link on the IBM website is
broken. 

I've been clinging to Win98 through my last few
computers specifically for its DOS kernel to run Xy4,
but my latest computer has XP-only drivers, so
farewell DOS--but not XY4!
