Hmmn... And you might ask the publisher _why_ they do not use XyWrite. After all, you
can then typeset from disk...

I had to coach my publisher along for my one and only book (The Computerised
Newspaper, Heinemann, remaindered a long time ago) but it worked fine. The only
problem was that a disbelieving printer insisted on correcting my mistakes. Trouble
was, the mistakes were deliberate to show what errors can be made!!

As a matter of interest, who is the publisher?
