XY as HTML editor

The discussion of XY as HTML editor prompts a query . . . I am just
getting ready to make an adapted version of my custom keyboard that
puts the common HTML tags on ctrl-letter keys. Has anyone already
done that? If so, it might be useful to upload it for others' use.
Mine might be too customized aside from HTML for many to want.
