I always used labels when I cared, and never noticed that RHs (and RFs)
were suppressed.

This is particularly useful if you put an informative non-
printing note at the top of your files; though sometimes an RH
command will serve the purpose.



Funny, but NoTes and Running Headers don't display in DIRL listings.
LaBels do.
