Indeed, you could have gone long ago, leaving us with what turn out to be our wants --- not needs --- but you were kind enough to indulge our fantasies of perfecting a first love. Until programming in Assembler becomes all the rage among leisured classes, though, we are condemned to wandering through the same fading garden, increasing remote from what passes for the current state of the art.
