Virtual PC 2007

Although I have little desire to open up another miserable OT
thread, of which there are far too many already, note that M$
issued (last week) a new beta of "Virtual PC 2007" which runs
guest OpSyses, including Linux and (according to some
experimenters) OSX -- as well as Windows back to 98SE, OS/2, and
MS-DOS. Virtual PC 2007 is a free download, and runs on XP Pro
as well as Vista. M$ doesn't list Linux among the guest OSes,
but it is pretty well documented that many distros work --
although you sometimes have to tweak the video params to get a
readable screen. Apparently you can switch between OpSyses with
a single keystroke (no need to reboot, like Apple's Boot Camp).
