John,
	If you have a standard \NBWin directory, you should have below
it a Document\Samples subdirectory containing tables of keyboard
mappings: Nbkey.key, Nb-xy.key, Xywrite.key, Xy-xref.key are the ones I
have with a full Nbwin installation. You can print out those tables for
a better look at them.
