YES. This has been stated here several times. Ken Frank, Esq.
(that means he's a lawyer) owns the code, does not appear to be
doing anything with it, but will not, as far as anyone knows, let
it go open source. And this should not be discussed in a public
forum like this; Robert rapped all our knuckles for doing so a
while back.
