It occurs to me that this forced "upgrading"--world without
end--is the real problem in the industry. You have a tool that
does everything--or nearly everything--you need, and you can't
keep it. You have to get an "upgrade" that often doesn't have the
features you have come to expect, has a completely different
interface that you have to learn, and is often buggy as all get out.
