lisa: re your conversion problems. I recently bought a program called wordport, not cheap at $150 bucks. but it seems to work fine between xy4 and word and wordperfect files. I don't do a lot of fancy formating or editing, so can't say I have really tested the software's capabilities; but if it does all it claims, it should handle most anything you'd need. tom horton
