Well, someone's "out there", intermittently. Jim's a nice guy. All of our
SysOp's have been nice. But the point is, that we are absolutely & utterly
inconsequential in affecting the way these products are developed and serviced.
They simply don't pay any attention. Jim doesn't personally deserve the abuse
that (I admit) I for one heap on him. But his bosses richly deserve it!
