Yes, thank you, I'm aware of these. But where do they specify what
characters are assigned to range 127-159 decimal under any character
set? Chars 145, 146 and 151, referenced in Jordan's test doc,
obviously aren't Ascii. What character set do they belong to, and
who assigned them to those slots? That was my question; I don't see
it answered in the W3C docs cited above.
