It sure is possible, that is if you want to dedicate Ctrl-V to this. I
wanted to remap Ctrl-NumpadIns to output WinKey-Ctrl-V.

First I put 'ni' = no interrupt in the keyboard file, then I devised
this AHK script:
Actually, since WinKey-Ctrl-V is particular to vDos, I may revert to the
XPL routine that uses NirCmd and assign it to Ctrl-V in XyWrite --
although I may just get used to WinKey-Ctrl-V.
