A "reported accuracy rate of around 90%" means that one letter in ten is
wrong. Looking back to the early days of OCR, my experience was that an
accuracy rate of 95% means that editing the material into usable form
takes as long as typing it in. I discount all claims in evaluations of
software that contain the word "hot" or "cool."
