First, you have to LOAD XY4.MNU+XY4.DLG in STARTUP.INT. (Maybe
XY4.HLP too, but I'm not sure if that's an actual dependency.) Then
you can simply command FUNC H@, or assign H@ to a key in your KBD
file, to access the top-level menu.
Wish I could help on Xy-to-RTF conversion. I imagine that the
options, at this point, are limited...
