Some time ago I mentioned a problem when PC Tools is resident. If you try to access a drive which is not ready, the program hung. I mentioned it here, and I sent a note to Central Point Software, who make PCTools. Turns out it was a bug in PCTools, and they're sending me a fix. Thought you'd like to know this one isn't your fault.
