Thanks, Robert, but Leslie already sent it to me off list. I hadn't
thought to check the site, because it SHOULd (per the docs, anyway) have
been on my original install--or one of the several I've done since
(whenever I have a pure DOS machine available) as insurance, and burned
to CDs or stored on ZIP disks. Why it isn't is a minor mystery that I
haven't time to pursue right now.
