As for the keyboard, XX has always been buggy; but I think you'll see that in
the .KBD file I supplied to you, the XX assignment is commented out with
semi-colons. So XX is not relevant. The issue is that a particular
key-combination (LeftAlt+LeftShift+A) repeatedly crashed XyWrite with one
keyboard file loaded (even with *no assignment* on the culprit key combo!), but
did not crash with another keyboard file loaded. It's peculiar.
