Translators

To All:
  Does anyone know of a program that will translate Nota Bene files to Word or
Word Perfect format? Preserving footnotes, that is? A friend in academia says
the people (publishers?) she deals with want only Word or WP format, and I
don't want her to "defect," as she put it, but to stick with NB and translate
the final product for them.
  Robert H., you're in academia, right? How 'bout it? What do you do?
