noems

Pls pardon a note from an unsophisticated user. A long time ago,
someone told me that one could not use the "noems" switch with emm386 if running
Xywrite. Does anyone know whether that's correct? It seems to be
screwing up my use of memmaker (with Dos 6.22). And in the
meantime, a tech at work has reconfigured my office machine to
noems and Xywrite seems to be working fine.
