vDosPlus XyWrite 3.10 available

Hi all,

After a small hiatus, there is a new installer ready for download:
http://www.lexitec.fi/xywrite/vDosPlus310_Setup.zip

Hopefully soon also mirrored.

The new features include:
- instructions for using Edward Mendelson's PDFtoPrinter (in the
printing.txt file) by courtesy of Carl Distefano. PDFtoPrinter.exe is
NOT included. It is a separate download from
http://www.columbia.edu/~em36/pdftoprinter.html

- small enhancements included in the latest version of vDosPlus
- amendments to the vDosPlus XyWrite documentation suggested by Wengier
