I have never used either XYWIN or the LJ3 printer, but experience
with
XYDOS and the LJ4+ indicates that you need a driver that includes
the fonts in your non-HP cartridge. Whether that is a new
driver, or something added to the regular one, Tech Support can
tell you, and they will have to oblige with the needed software.
