Don't know this specifically, but the general procedure to try first is to
Google you error message. Use copy-and-paste and put it into Google. Often
that gets the answer.

  A couple of months ago, I started getting the following error message
when I open virtually any web page for the first time:
  ≪Cannot find `SHDOCVwCTl.WebBrowser'. Make sure the path of Internet
address is correct.≫
  I click okay, the message disappears, and everything else proceeds
normally. Has this happened to anyone else? Any idea what causes it?
