Jordan, I do not know how it was built, for practical purposes, maybe. For best results, install from a basic W2K ISO or CD, add the 4 SPs, and that is it. The latter-day fixes of W2K are not worth much, install only the necessary essentials to run. VMware needs the Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4, but that's about it. There is no such thing as the Final edition of W2K. There is a lot of crap to avoid.
