Depends what you mean. The only commercially available version is the
Scholar's Workstation package from www.notabene.com - this comes with
additional programs which I find very interesting (as a humanities
academic), but which may not be everybody's cup of tea. Apparently, they
will sell you the wordprocessor on its own, if you ask
Xywrite for Windows properly so called hasn't been available for years -
and, judging from comments I've read, the transition to Windows was rather
"rocky". Notabene for Windows is based on this version. I've been trialling
the latest demo, and have been convinced enough to order it (though this is
a decision influenced by the add-on programs). Despite a recent comment on
the list, it really would be hard to imagine a Windows program less like
Word (I regard this as a good thing).
