May I ask specifically what sort of reply time we may expect? I posted a query
on 3rd August and received a reply on the 23rd - three weeks is a long time.
By then I had forgotten some of the details of my problem.
Had it been urgent, this length of wait would have driven me up the wall! I
immediately replied to their questions and now, one week later, still no reply.
