No.

Yes.
If every alias on every level ultimately gets a line that looks like
alias foo Mr. Foo 
then it shouldn't be too hard to write an XPL routine to extract a
list of all aliases and the associated names and addresses. But I
suspect the problem is more complicated than that.
Yes, more complicated. Here are some samples of aliases all at the "bottom"
level, to show the variation :


alias "Chris Sandvick" Chris Sandvick 
alias "Nick Kallen" 
alias UWash reason@xxxxxxxx
alias "Seth Johnson" Seth David Johnson 
alias "Betsy Speicher" Betsy Speicher ,Stephen Speicher
Note the variations, including that sometimes there's another name (which itself has to have its email address found) at the very end.

I've almost got it licked though.
