The mailing list has no formal connection to U.Penn. (other than the
location of the list server -- a non-trivial matter! -- and the fact
that Professor Nathan Sivin, who founded the list and ran it for a
long time, teaches there) and no affiliation with The Technology
Group (although Ken Frank, the president of the company, is a
subscriber).
